The “Grant Documents, Forms and Publication” area of the Guam State Clearinghouse website is a one stop compilation of forms, documents and publications useful in the application, award, post-award and closeout phases of the grant process. The forms, documents and publications on this site are categorically sorted enabling you to easily locate an item or a group of items you may need in completing your task at hand. Review the tab and listing appearing at left of the screen and select the category that best fit your requirements. You may select the “Documents, Forms & Publication - Chronology” tab to retrieve a chronological listing of grant/program resources listed in the order as they are posted.
Alternatively, you may enter a document name within the “Search” box to specifically locate a form, document or publication you may need. We advise that your search string is not too descriptive when entering data in the “Search” box. You will obtain better search results.
