Latest Information Affecting Guam’s Federal Grants

Yesterday, thirty six public-sector employees from throughout the government of Guam participated in an Ethics in Public Service workshop facilitated by Dr. Judith P. Guthertz. Dr. Guthertz is a former Vice-President and Professor of Public Administration at the University of Guam , and is currently a member of I Liheslaturan Guåhan.
